CarbonBlack GPS Tracker is GPS tracking system developed for Symbian S60 Mobile Phones most of the credit (for now anyway) goes to Nick Fox - websmithing.com for the Java app, the database on the other hand I have had to redevelop myself along with all the php so its all very alpha for now (very alpha) so if your lookin for something slightly more stable check out Nick's stuff here
